About Me

I completed the Master of Informatics program at Shizuoka University’s Graduate School of Integrated Science and Technology in September 2026, where I conducted research as a member of Ishikawa Lab. My work focuses on multimodal emotion recognition, particularly the extent to which EEG-based models can generalize to people who were not represented during training. I am interested in the gap between benchmark performance and dependable use in human-centered affective computing.

Before joining Shizuoka University, I earned a B.Tech. in Information Technology from Lovely Professional University and worked in software engineering. I draw on both backgrounds by combining machine-learning experiments with an emphasis on reproducible evaluation and practical deployment.

On 20 March 2026, I presented “Deployment Limits of Cross-Subject EEG Emotion Recognition: A Multimodal Baseline Study”, coauthored with Shogo Ishikawa, at the 1st International Workshop on Human-centred Emotion-Awareness and Sensing in Pervasive Computing (EmotionSense 2026). The workshop was held in conjunction with the 24th IEEE International Conference on Pervasive Computing and Communications (IEEE PerCom 2026) in Pisa, Italy.
