Design of an LLM-Based Human Resource Development Support System for Multidimensional Understanding and Assessment of Care Recipient Status

Abstract

Due to the shortage of care workers resulting from the declining birthrate and aging population, sufficient time cannot be secured for training personnel in the field. This study aims to design a human resource development support system that enables caregivers to objectively reflect on their care practices during daily work, thereby enhancing both the quality of care and their motivation. We propose a process that uses LLM to classify care records based on ICF codes, and further extracts and visualizes the emotions and personal information of care recipients in multiple dimensions. This promotes understanding of care recipients and supports the improvement of practical skills.
